Email Setup for Internet Explorer 4
Requirements
You will need the following information.
- Internet Explorer 4x for Mac
- Your login ID (user name) ex:
(joeuser)
- Your password
Double-click the Outlook Express 4.0
icon.
From the menu bar click Edit and select
Preferences.
Click the triangle to the left of Accounts to expand the list.
From the Accounts list, select E-mail.
Under Account Information, in the
Full name text box, type your full name.
In the E-mail address text box, type your dial-up username
immediately
followed by @nethere.com .For example: username@nethere.com
In the Organization text box, type
your company or the company you work for.
Note: This Information is not required.
Under Sending Mail, in the SMTP Server
text box, type mail.nethere.net.
Under Receiving Mail, in the Account ID text box, type your
username.
In the POP Server text box, type pop3.nethere.net.
Check the Save Password check box
if you would like to save your
password, then type your password.
Now, connect to NetHere.
Click the Send and Receive button.
